WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Dakotah Wayne-John Paddock-Hazlett, 27, of 704 Academy St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, at Kinney Drugs, 905 Coffeen St., with petit larceny.
He is accused opening a box of ice packs worth $3.69, placed one in his pocket and exited the store without attempting to pay, police said.
He is summoned to appear Oct. 16 in City Court.
