WATERTOWN, NY —Â Kenton D. Miller, 33, of 624 Franklin St., Apt. 2B, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:00 p.m. Saturday, July 4, at 624 Franklin St. with second-degree criminal trespass.
Mr. Miller is accused of unlawfully entering the residence of Melinda Rivera at about 10:54 p.m. Saturday, July 4, at 702 Franklin St., police said.
He was released to military custody and summoned to appear Sept. 23 in City Court.
