WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Joseph P. Schafer, 27, of 427 Prospect St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:08 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, at 103 N. Orchard St. with disorderly conduct.
Mr. Schafer is accused of ignoring police requests to leave the area of the 100 block of N. Orchard Street and continued to yell from a front porch and also in the roadway, police said.
He is summoned to appear Oct. 9 in City Court.
