WATERTOWN, NY — Matthew R. Alexis, 22, of 11 Public Square, Apt. 401, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:31 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He is accused of damaging a window valued at approximately $150 belonging to Aishah R. Murphy, 19, at about 1:20 p.m. Sept. 6 at 122 Sand St., police said.
He was additionally arrested on a warrant, police said. Mr. Alexis was being held pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court.
