Watertown man displayed knife during argument, police say

WATERTOWN, NYKevin B. Youmans, 18, of 542 Cooper St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:52 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, at 634 Factory St. with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Mr. Youmans is accused of pulling a knife from his waistband and opened the blade while yelling at Patrick Fish, 35, during a verbal argument in front of 634 Factory St. at about 5 p.m. Wednesday, according to court documents.

He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court.
