Watertown man facing charges after domestic incident, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Christopher A. Riley, 29, of 73 Public Square, Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:05 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, at 73 Public Square with second-degree criminal imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

Mr. Riley is accused of breaking a bathroom door, pushing Eliza-Beth Terry, 24, into a closet and held the door closed during a domestic incident at about 7:26 p.m. Sunday at their apartment, according to court documents.

He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Monday morning in court.
