Watertown man facing charges after domestic incident, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Scott F. Langdon, 47, of 926 W. Main St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:02 a.m. Thursday, April 9, at his residence with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

He is accused of scratching Dallas S. Langdon, 25, under his left eye causing a small laceration at about 2:38 a.m. Thursday at their home, police said. He is additionally accused of punching a 50-inch Insignia television causing damage during the domestic incident, according to court documents.

He was being held pending arraignment Thursday morning in court.
