Watertown man facing criminal mischief, child endangerment charges

WATERTOWN, NY —  Dylan K. Szablewski, 25, of 608 Sherman St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:42 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, at Samaritan Medical Center, with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.

He is accused of striking a wall belonging to Anthony Allen with first fist several times causing a hole to form in the drywall in close proximity to a 4-year-old girl at about 9:33 p.m. Tuesday at 608 Sherman St., according to court documents.

He was being held pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
