WATERTOWN, NY — Jordan C. Pierce, 35, of 133 S. Orchard St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:28 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony.
Mr. Pierce is accused of possessing a double-edged dagger at about 10:42 a.m. Wednesday at his residence, police said.
He was previously convicted of third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child in May 2017, according to court documents.
He was held for arraignment Wednesday afternoon in City Court.
