WATERTOWN, NY — Sheldon B. Dukes Sr., 41, of 857 Water St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, in the 500 block of Eastern Boulevard with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, failure to stop at a stop sign and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Police said he possessed nine large capacity ammunition feeding devices in the trunk of his vehicle. He also possessed marijuana in his left pants pockets, according to court documents.
Mr. Dukes was being held pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court.
