WATERTOWN, NYÂ — Jason J. Marquez, 34, of 310 Tilden St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:35 a.m. Thursday, May 24, in the 300 block of N. Rutland Street with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving a vehicle without an interlock device, an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was arraigned at about 1:15 p.m. Thursday before City Judge Eugene R. Renzi who sent him to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $1,000 cash.
