WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Craig A. Warner II, 26, of 878 Mill St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:08 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at his residence with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Warner is accused of giving a 17-year-old boy a bottle of UV Blue vodka which the child consumed at about 10:17 p.m. Nov. 8 at 878 Mill St., according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Nov. 22 in City Court.
