WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Shawn C. McConnell, 41, of 651 Olive St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:47 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, at his residence with disorderly conduct.
Police allege Mr. McConnell yelled profanities while standing on a sidewalk after being advised by officers to lower his voice at about 7:37 p.m. Thursday at 651 Olive St., according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Oct. 9 in City Court.
