Watertown man’s jaw broken after assault, police say

WATERTOWN, NYHarold R. Rogers, 42, of 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 1507, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at 845 Starbuck Ave. with third-degree assault.

Mr. Rogers is accused of shoving Andrew P. Segouin, 43, Watertown, causing him to stumble and fall at about 9:00 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, at 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 1507, according to court documents. Mr. Sequoin broke his jaw after it struck a counter while falling, police said.

He is summoned to appear Oct. 5 in City Court.
