WATERTOWN, NY —Â City police responded at 1:31 a.m. Tuesday to a report of five shots fired in the area of Mill and East Hoard streets. Police were looking for a gray or silver hatchback car seen leaving the area. Deputies and troopers assisted police at the scene. Further information has not been released at this time.
