Watertown woman accused of cutting man’s head and hand with steak knife

WATERTOWN, NY —  Precious J. Williams, 26, of 23 Emerson Place, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:06 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, at 21 Mayood Terrace with second-degree assault, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

She is accused of using a steak knife to cause a cut to the head and hand of Morris J. Tootle, 29, Watertown, at about 10:42 p.m. Friday at 21 Maywood Terrace, according to court documents.

She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Saturday morning.
