WATERTOWN, NY — Nysa M. Lee, 23, of 1429 Gill St., Apt. 453-B, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, at 1429 Gill St. with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
She is accused of intentionally throwing an Xbox video game system belonging to Joshua A. Lee, 26, on the floor causing the device to become non-functional at about 4:00 p.m. Tuesday at her apartment, police said.
She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending a video arraignment in City Court.
