WATERTOWN, NY –Â Chelsey L. Kulp, 33, of 359 Franklin St., upper apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:14 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, at her residence with theft of services.
She is accused of failing to render payment for a $7.00 Yellow Cab fare upon reaching her destination at 359 Franklin St. at about 9:38 p.m. Wednesday, according to court documents.
Ms. Kulp is summoned to appear Oct. 7 in City Court.
