WATERTOWN, NY —Â Melissa R.A. Flowers, 39, of 109 N. Pleasant St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:53 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, at her residence with petit larceny. She was additionally arrested on a bench warrant, police said.
She is accused of concealing $61.24 worth of merchandise in her purse and exited Kinney Drugs, 1729 State St., without attempting to pay at about 4:46 p.m. Aug. 12, according to court documents.
She was being held pending arraignment Tuesday afternoon in City Court.
