WATERTOWN, NY —Â Samantha L. Webb-Carter, 41, of 914 Remington St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:22 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, at her residence with petit larceny.
She is accused of stealing a Peach Tea beverage, AMBI skincare fade cream, Impress gel manicure nails and eye tattoo makeup with a total valued of $27.58 when she hid the items on her person and exited Kinney Drugs, 1304 Washington St., at about 2:00 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, without attempting to pay, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Dec. 9 in City Court.
