WATERTOWN, NY — Casaundra L. Mashaw, 30, of 210 S. Massey St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, at 15 Maywood Terrace with second-degree harassment.
Ms. Mashaw is accused of shoving Patrolman Tyler J. Hill with both of her hand while to push past him at about 9:19 p.m. Thursday at 15 Maywood Terrace, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Oct. 22 in City Court.
