Watertown woman accused of stabbing man during domestic incident

WATERTOWN, NY —  Patricia J. Perras, 55, of 114 Franklin St., Apt. 308, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 7, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree assault, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor.

Ms. Perras is accused of using a steak knife to stab and cut a 53-year-old man several times during a domestic incident at about 3:36 a.m. Wednesday at 114 Franklin St., Apt. 308, according to court documents.

The victim suffered lacerations and puncture wounds to his left arm which required stitches, police said.

She was arraigned at 10 a.m. Wednesday in City Court and ordered held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $500 cash.
