Watertown woman accused of striking police officer in his forehead with Bible

WATERTOWN, NY —  Emily D. Mack, 41, of 487 Paddock St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:33 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22, at 164 Breen Ave. with second-degree harassment.

Ms. Mack is accused of striking Patrolman Tyler R. Decker in his forehead with a Bible at 11:33 p.m. Monday, according to court documents.

She is summoned to appear Dec. 8 in City Court.
