WATERTOWN, NY — Diane M. Layne, 56, of 142 Mechanic St., Apt. 1102, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:50 p.m. Sunday, May 26, at 303 William St. with second-degree criminal trespass.
Ms. Layne is accused of entering the residence of Henri Ramsey without permission at about 7:50 p.m. Sunday, May 26, at 303 William St., Apt. 2, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear June 12 in City Court.
