WATERTOWN, NY — Chantelle R. Evans, 26, of 1620 Huntington St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:20 p.m. Monday, March 23, at 359 Franklin St. with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.
She is accused of entering and remaining unlawfully inside the residence of Chelsey L. Kulp, 33, at about 2:50 p.m. Monday at 359 Franklin St., Apt. A, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear May 4 in City Court.
