WATERTOWN, NY —Â Ashley N. Beach, 26, of 1708 Ohio St., Apt. 134, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:28 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, at 1708 Ohio St. with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.
Ms. Beach is accused of violating the terms of a Family Court refrain-from order of protection by repeatedly calling the protected party, Kevin Beach, at about 9:09 p.m. Thursday, according to court documents.
She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
