WATERTOWN, NY —Â Jennifer M. Fuller, 29, of 317 Keyes Ave., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:18 p.m. Thursday, July 23, in the 300 block of N. Indiana Avenue with aggravated driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater.
She is summoned to appear Oct. 21 in City Court.
