WATERTOWN, NY — Jenna R. Amo, 27, of 338 Gale St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:01 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, in the 100 block of Washington Street with aggravated driving while intoxicated and unsafe backing.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
She is summoned to appear Aug. 22 in City Court.
