Watertown woman charged with disorderly conduct in front of pizzeria

WATERTOWN, NY —   Melisa M. Fred-Rodriguez, 20, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. B5, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:14 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, at 25 Public Square with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Police allege she refused to disperse from an active fight scene in front of Cam’s Pizzeria. She also allegedly refused to provide her hands for handcuffing, according to court documents.

She is summoned to appear Oct. 2 in City Court.
