WATERTOWN, NY — Alexandra J. Stirling, 30, of 196 Stone St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:09 a.m. Sunday, July 21, at The General Store, 816 Bradley St. with firs-degree operation of a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Police, firefighters and Guilfoyle Ambulance were dispatched at 10:44 a.m. to a report of an unconscious woman in a vehicle in the parking lot of the store.
She is summoned to appear Aug. 7 in City Court.
