WATERTOWN, NY —Â Norma J. Jewett, 50, of 141 Flower Ave. E., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:55 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, in the 600 block of Gotham Street with driving while intoxicated, parked in a roadway and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
She is summoned to appear Oct. 9 in City Court.
