WATERTOWN, NY — Meghan L. Dulmage, 34, of 840 Ann St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:43 a.m. Sunday, May 19, in the 800 block of Ann Street with driving while intoxicated, speeding, crossing road hazard markings, unsafe lane change and illegal signal from a parked position.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
She is summoned to appear June 5 in City Court.
