WATERTOWN, NY —Â Teresa L. Miller, 46, of 135 Bellew Ave., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:10 a.m. Thursday, June 28, in the 400 block of W. Mullin Street with driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Her blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
She is ordered to appear July 11 in City Court.
