Watertown woman charged with obstructing governmental administration

WATERTOWN, NYMargaret E. LaLone, 32, of 24 Emerson Place, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:26 a.m. Sunday, March 17, at her residence with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

She is accused of interfering with police officers who responded to an abandoned 911 call be refusing to provide officers with her pedigree information as well as yelling at officers and telling other subjects to follow suit, according to court documents.

She is summoned to appear April 3 in City Court.
