WATERTOWN, NY — Lauriar S. Collins, 22, of 643 Academy St., downstairs apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:22 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, in the 400 block of Clay Street with disorderly conduct.
Ms. Collins is accused of “repeatedly making unreasonable noise while yelling at uniformed police officers during an investigation after being repeatedly told to quiet down,” according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Jan. 15 in City Court.
