WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Dana M. Tarcinale, 35, of 618 Franklin St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:40 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, at her residence with disorderly conduct.
She is accused of yelling repeatedly in the her front yard while being interviews by a police officer at about 10:21 p.m. Friday, according to court documents.
She is summoned to appear Aug. 14 in City Court.
