Watertown woman struck man in groin area, broke plates during domestic incident, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Erica C. Miller, 27, of 336 Winslow St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 305 W. Main St. with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

Ms. Miller is accused of breaking several plates belonging to Tyler K. Godwin, 35, Watertown, by throwing them on the floor during a domestic incident at about 11:00 p.m. Sept. 3 at 750 Lansing St., according to court documents.

She also allegedly slapped Mr. Godwin in the face and struck his groin area during the same incident, police said.

She was being held pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
