Watertown woman’s BAC was 0.32%, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Nora E. Marlow, 27, of 220 Colorado Ave., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:49 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane change, imprudent speed and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Police said she operated a 2012 Toyota 4-Runner at about 11:46 p.m. July 19 in the 1200 block of Ohio Street with a blood alcohol content of 0.32 percent. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater.

Police said she was previously convicted of DWI on Dec. 6, 2017.

She is summoned to appear Oct. 2 in City Court.
