Watwertown man accused of violating order of protection, trespassing

WATERTOWN, NYTyler J. Kitchens, 33, of 201 Paddock St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, at 816 Superior St. with second-degree counts of criminal contempt and criminal trespass.

Mr. Kitchens is accused of violating the terms of an order of protection when he refused to leave the residence of the protected party, Danielle M. Brown, 34, despite numerous requests at about 10:22 p.m. Wednesday at 816 Superior St., police said.

He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court.
