Situation Found: Upon arrival crews found heavy fire in rear of building with reported occupants unknown. Crews initiated fire attack, searched all floors, and ventilated until fire was extinguished. No victims were found during the search. Fort Drum Fire Department provided a Rapid Intervention Team. Watertown PD and Guilfoyle ambulance assisted at the scene.
Cause: Under Investigation
Remarks: One firefighter was taken to Samaritan Medical Center for treatment of
minor, non-life-threatening injuries. Scene was turned over to Codes Department.
