WATERTOWN, NY — William D. Lough, 71, formerly of Watertown, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023, at the Auburn Community Hospital, Auburn NY. He was a resident at the Northbrook Heights residents home in Auburn.
William was predeceased by his wife Martine Barden Lough on Sept. 16, 2011.
