WATERTOWN, NY — Traci C. Montondo, 31, of 101 W. Main St., Brownville, was charged by Watertown police at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, at her residence with second-degree harassment.
She is accused of striking Aaron Marie Peabody, 29, of Lansing Street, Watertown, with a closed fist, grabbed her by her hair and threw her to the ground at about 2:30 p.m. May 23 outside the Jefferson County Court Complex, 163 Arsenal St., according to court documents.
Ms. Montondo is ordered to appear June 25 in City Court.
