WATERTOWN, NY — Heatherae Feistel, 27, homeless, was charged by Watertown police at 11:34 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, at 273 High St. with false personation.
Police said she misrepresented her name and date of birth in an attempt to prevent officers from learning there was an active warrant for arrest issued by City Court. Police said she was informed of the consequences of providing false information.
She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
