WATERTOWN, NY — Michelle R. Ricks, 45, of 24097 Route 12, Apt. 11, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:12 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at 423 Prospect St. with aggravated criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
She is accused of violating the terms of an order of protection when she grabbed the face of Steven Conroy, 60, causing several scratches with her fingernails at about 10:04 p.m. Dec. 8 at 423 Prospect St., police said.
She was being held pending arraignment Sunday morning in Town of Watertown Court.
