WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Ashley N. Beach, 26, of 1708 Ohio St., Apt. 134, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:51 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.
Ms. Beach is accused of violating the terms of a Family Court order of protection when she contacted the protected party, Kevin P. Beach, 26, Watertown, by text message at about 7:45 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, according to court documents.
She was being held pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court.
