WATERTOWN, NY — James R. Hierholzer, 47, of 317 TenEyck St., Watertown, and Gay A. Arnaudville, 42, homeless, were each charged by Watertown police at 7:41 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at 639 Emerson St. with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
They are each accused of possessing three glassine envelopes containing heroin at about 7:34 p.m. Thursday at 639 Emerson St., according to court documents.
They were each being held on $250 police bail pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
