WATERTOWN, NY —Â Xavier W. Brown, 25, of 9214 York St., Apt. D, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 6:05 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
It is alleged Mr. Brown repeatedly slapped and punched his 45-year-old girlfriend in her chest and face in the presence of a 12-year-old boy during a domestic incident at about 2:30 a.m. Aug. 17 at an apartment in the 400 block of Michigan Avenue, according to court documents.
He was held for video arraignment, police said.
