WATERTOWN, NY —Â Everton A. Johnson, 25, of 15 Johnstown Road, Gouverneur, was charged by Watertown police at 8:16 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 6, at 121 William St. with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal trespass.
Mr. Johnson is accused of possessing 0.62 grams of methamphetamine in his front left pants pocket during a search incident to an arrest, according to court documents.
He is also allegedly entered 121 William St., Apt. 8, without permission at about 7:43 p.m. Sunday, police said.
He is summoned to appear Dec. 10 in City Court.
