WATERTOWN, NY —Â Edgar L. Richardson, 43, homeless, was charged by Watertown police at 8:41 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, at 267 Schley Dr. with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Richardson is accused of “entering the residence of John H. Feltz, 56, and Catherine Feltz at 267 Schley Dr. through the front door into the hallway area before being confronted by the homeowner,” at about 8:37 p.m. Tuesday, according court documents.
He is summoned to appear July 21 in City Court.
