WPD: Lowville man is accused of striking man, applying pressure to his neck

WATERTOWN, NY —  Dustin R. King, 35, of 9565 East Road, Lowville, was charged by Watertown police at 1:14 a.m. Monday, May 11, at 629 Lansing St. with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment.

Mr. King is accused of striking Terry Sprague Jr., 24, in his face and applied pressure to his neck causing his to have difficulty breathing at about 12:11 a.m. Monday at 629 Lansing St., according to court documents.

Mr. King is summoned to appear Aug. 12 in City Court.
